Recycled Yellow/Grey/Green cup (310 ml)
A Stoneware cup, glazed using the glaze from my waste glaze bucket. When it’s run out it’s gone for good. It’s a got a layer of a white tin glaze first then the whole cup is dipped in recycled glaze (it’s now got its own bucket, it’s sieved and mixed and ready to use). It’s a light stoneware clay so the glaze has yellows and greens from the tin and greys from the recycled glaze.
Marks made during the throwing and turning are visible.
Height: 8 cm
Diameter (excluding handle): 9 cm
Volume: 310 ml
Dishwasher and food safe.
(If you already have a favourite cup and you are looking for something of a similar size, you can measure the volume of your cup and compare it to mine. My measurements are made by filling the to very near the top but not so near I can’t pick it up to empty it without spilling it)
