A Stoneware cup, with dark blue glaze. Iron and cobalt oxides have been combined for a darker blue, with rutile crystals where the glaze is thickly applied. Finger marks from glazing have been intentionally left to help “connect” the glazing process to the cup. Allowing the clay to show through.
